I had a great experience with Kangaroo Home Lending! My loan officer, Micki Amburn, was very attentive to my needs, a prompt communicative, and I really felt as though she was sincerely rooting for my family to get our dream. So grateful for her team and helping this be a smooth transition for me!

Micki was amazing throughout the entire process! She explained everything at the beginning and was available for questions and concerns with an extremely fast response time. But, the rest of the team didn't seem to be on the same page at times. As a result, we submitted documents multiple times or unnecessarily. We also wired too much money for closing based on an incorrect amount that came from the team. I would use Kangaroo again in the future, but I only gave 4 stars out of 5 for the reasons mentioned above.

Micki and Bonnie were so helpful during this process. Bonnie always reached out/picked up the phone when i called. I would get a call back with in an hour if i missed her! They were very informative and made this as less stressful as they could.

Bonnie was amazing throughout the whole homebuying process! This was our first time purchasing a home and Bonnie made us feel at ease and reassured us that everything was going to be ok when I thought it was not.
