Dr Balch zeroed in on the partial knee replacement surgery as an option. Remarkable results. Although there's pain associated with the surgery, it's still a major surgery, I'm feeling better every day. Monique is an amazing scheduler. Every one of my phone calls and messages was answered. All around excellent office and staff.
Excellent doctor. He makes sure his patients understand what options they have and guides them to make the best decision for themselves. I am extremely happy with the services we received.
Dr. Balch is a wonderful doctor. Truly concerned with every part of my knee replacement. He sends reminders to help prepare for surgery and after the surgery has an email system set up with daily reminders, resources and daily questions about recovery progress.

Absolutely! Dr. Balch is very patient and takes time to answer questions and educate the patient. I am sorry I waited so long to have surgery. I feel so much better and the surgery and recovery is so than I imagined. Dr. Balch never tried to rush me. He waited for me to be mentally ready and as a patient, that is so important!
He is extremely accurate and tells you exactly what to expect for the surgery and after.
