My knee replacement is a success. As soon as possible I will doing my left knee. Dr. Balch listened to me and setup the best plan to get me mobile again. I would highly recommend him.

Being a new resident to the Bakersfield area, I was very pleased to be seen right away. Dr. was caring and showed compassion for my medical needs and concerns. His staff was also great. I have always received call backs right away and or questions answered right away. Staff at Memorial hospital was amazing. Azuna my nurse was GREAT...... your hospital is very LUCKY to have her as an employee. She went above and beyond the call of duty..
Dr Balch and his team were awesome. They were always available whenever I called to talk to someone about an appointment, pre-op labs or Dr approval. The Bahamas center is better than a hospital surgery room. The nurses give you one to one care. They are patient and kind in all situations, whether you’re having trouble with getting dressed, or needing care in post op. Uses the latest technology and my knee is recovering quicker than I expected!!
Dr. Balch was confident from the beginning that he could help my situation. Dr. Balch, his office staff, Ruby and his PA, Sydney Chung have all been amazing. Dr. Balch checked in with me daily via the Get Well Loop to check on my condition and offered new exercises etc...which was helpful. He was very responsive to my questions. My progress has been much better than I expected
He is attentive, careful to explain all procedures related to your specific problems and always welcomes questions.
