I went in for a knee replacement. The experience from pre-op to post-op has been great. Reminders are sent, questions answered in a timely manner, it’s caring and professional service.
Dr. Balch was thorough in his explanation of my injury and the process to fix it. I felt confident in his abilities.
Have had all planned and emergency knee surgeries performed by Dr Balch and his techniques, bedside manner and genuine compassion is beyond my highest expectations! He is very good at explaining conditions, projected procedures and recovery processes. I have never experienced a more sincere professional in surgical medicine!
Dr. Balch is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He did my total knee replacement surgery and made the experience a great one. He is available and listens to concerns and his follow up is probably the best of any doctor I have been to. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing joint care.
From start to end he really cares he listen to you and your concerns. Appointments are on time no long wait. He has aftercare by e-mail or you send message they get right back to you . He is a very professional Dr.
Dr, Balch takes time w/his patients to ensure they understand condition and options for treatment;when surgery is only option he takes time to explain as to procedure,risks,benefits.Always leaves time for questions & makes patient feel well informed and questions are addressed. Any question or concern is addressed. The GetWell loop is great as he/his staff keep tabs on their patients post-operatively on daily basis those 1st 6 weeks & patients can ask questions or concerns that get addressed quickly.
Dr Balch and his associates were always available to answer questions and help with an unexpected situation.
Fantastic Doctor, very friendly and wont leave you hanging, great bedside manor, I would give him 110 out of 100.
Dr. Balch was exceptionally pleasant in his approach and conversation. He explained in detail why I needed a hip replacement. His approach in how he would perform the surgery and the benefits and precautions involved were carefully explained in detail. Surgery took 2 hours and I was discharged 24 hours later to my home. Thank you Dr. Balch for a successful surgery.
