The location in the Galleria area was worse than sub-par. I was with a large group of people having dinner before the theater. The servers were ok. The food was terrible depending on your expectations. Definitely not Katz's Deli in NYC or any Jewish Deli in the Northeast. I had the Classic Rueben, pastrami on rye with sauerkraut. Just ate there yesterday and what a surprise!! First lunch for 4, $124- FOR LUNCH??? Lunch is normally not at dinner prices but here's the deal, we arrived at 1pm and the server ordered our selection from the dinner menu? That's right a huge mistake..... Ruben, hamburger were dry.... Food has no flavor nor seasoning. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was burned. I asked them to toast the bagel twice and they were in a hurry, and they burnt both sides of it.

The food is good and the portion is a lot but the prices is HIGH! They open 24hrs. Beware their prices changes without you knowing so always CHECK YOUR RECEIPT !!!! You don't wanna come in and think you're eating something at 1 price and then end up paying for another price. My server was a good server but he tense to be a little bit "annoying" he would come up to the table every eye contact or every 3 min. And it's just weird. The location and everything else is clean!

Food was so so. Too expensive for lunch. 1 person was $40. Had 2 drinks and egg dish. Could give 5 things wrong with dish. Eggs were over cooked were not poached, salmon was not that good and too salty, not sure why they put spinach on eggs, side of potatoes/bacon over roasted, and not enough pepper sauce. Need to update who ever is cooking. Service at bar was good. Manager was very polite but then again they were pretty slow. Prices for food are ridiculously expensive ($18 - for what they say is a "medium" sandwich($4 more for a medium portion) was actually an average portion). The waitress didn't seem to want to wait on our table, we couldn't get water refills or ketchup. My daughter did get 1 refill. She ordered sweet tea and on her 1 refill they gave her regular ice tea with a small cup of simple syrup on the side so she could make her own sweet tea. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, first time coming here, I was very excited for no reason, no one came to take our order, we waited almost an hour and then groups of people started coming and they were getting served as soon as they got there, while my husband and I still waited for almost an hour, we ended up leaving, very disappointed

This restaurant had the nerve to discriminate against me simply because I had a strapless top on with no bra and they refuse service to me because they claim they are family oriented restaurant hence why I cannot wear the top, but when I asked the manager for her sweater that she was wearing, even though she was wearing a long sleeve button up, shirt under. she denied my request and said no I am not allowed to eat here. Ordered Lisa's Belgian waffle. Received a waffle with about a tablespoon of chocolate chips on top of the waffle. It's supposed to have vanilla ice cream, strawberries, chocolate chips, and whipped cream on top. I'm beyond pissed.
