Get directionsQuite overpriced and poorly sized portions, especially the side dishes like the $4.99 sweet potato fries where I counted 10 fries that were tasteless. My medium turkey, Swiss and bacon sandwich was twice as expensive as what I pay at Avalon Diner where they also serve as abundance of fries or chips as a free side, and before I forget, Avalon's is much tastier. I guess we should have ordered appetizers and desserts so we didn't leave hungry but we thought $50 was more than enough for what we got. Odd thing was we came at 5 p... read more
I don't even know what to say... This meal was a joke. We ordered through Uber Eats and after waiting for over an hour, we could only laugh when we saw the food. The "chicken cutlets" looked like something you would expect to get in the middle school cafeteria, or like some one robbed a McChicken. The pot roast was bone dry and rock hard, served with mushy vegetables sans seasoning. The stuffed cabbage was literally an entire cabbage sliced in half then someone put a meatball inside each half and steamed the entire mess.
This place had terrible hospitality, no 'how are you doing, what can I get you'. 0/10 do not recommend. Terrible customer service, and very racist.
Food was decent but the reason I took the time to leave a review was because the service was terrible. The waiter/bartender (Ramon) was annoyed because we sat at the bar to order our food (no bar beverages but we wanted a high top table and none were available). We immediately ordered our food and then were ignored after that while he chatted up (and served drinks to) another customer at the bar. Our food came out wrong and we ended up having to get up and get our own silverware and condiments. I would definitely go to the o... read more
TLDR: Racist manager lady on Night Shift. If you're a black person avoid! I called two days before our party came to get a reservation for 30+ people, they tell me they don't do reservations but that they should be able to accommodate us. Our party consisted entirely of several doctors and doctorate students all very well mannered. As we get there, we're told to make space with whatever leftover space they have outside and that the bar is also available to sit at. That means our 30 people party will be split into two groups... read more
The manager Evon at the restaurant was very rude. She stated there was not enough room to accommodate "you all". The comment came off very aggressive.
I went 02/08/23. My 3 year old is allergic to tomatoes. I told them no tomatoes because my son Is allergic. They sent me 3 burgers back to back with tomatoes and I didn't recognize the second time and let my son have a bite. Less than 30 mins and his little face broke out in hives. I'm blessed that small amount don't kill him but give him hives. If not I would've lost my son today due to their neglect!!!
This is not a monte cristo it is a soggy French toast sandwich. Seriously the worst monte cristo I've ever had and the most expensive. Ordered through door dash and everything arrived soggy because they couldn't be bothered to open the tabs to let out the steam. I was left with a soggy goopy mess of a monte cristo, fried pickles, and cheese crisps. $60 wasted never again. Don't waste your money.
Service was slow at best , we got our food , but it wasn't as ordered and the waitress seemed to be more interested in the table behind us. French toast was lackluster and the omelette which was supposed to be a scramble never happened. Oustide seating was great and location is clean and new , But this is just a place to go to get breakfast when every other option is CLOSED! Nothing about Katz' Galleria screams New York , Jewish style and one would think the French toast would be Challah phenomenal , It was Mr's Baird's ... read more
