Both Clay and Shannon are for all practical purposes great people for your company. I have no problem with them or the loan team of KB homes. The aspects of why I rated anything here lower is specifically due to KB Homes as a corporation. For example - in Feb 2022 I was able to find a different mortgage company with .1 % lower. I decided to still stay with KB Homes because I didn't want to have to coordinate any conflicts between the build schedulers being potentially late (and they were).
