I know Clay worked very very hard to get this loan set up and approved- and I deeply appreciate that! But his communication was frequently unclear, confusing and sometimes contradictory. It resulted in a lot of stress for me and the need to obtain documents last minute several times

Our loan team let our rate lock expire, and the 10 days between that happening and our closing were difficult mentally and physically. My wife and I have been working multiple jobs for the past decade to save for this house and the loan team repeatedly told us how grateful we should be that KB was trying to make the situation right.
