what would’ve made our loan experience better was to have someone tell us clear, transparent and timely information as it related to scenario-based requests that any loan officer should be able to communicate clearly and efficiently with detail, in addition to keeping track of our requests as we work through different figures for our loan. we should be able to count on calls when we are told we’ll be called, scenario figures with clear and correct application of our requests delivered when we’re told we’ll be able to review ... read more
