It was really hard to contact Lori, she rarely answered calls or emails. I did not feel like I got any advice from Lori. When we asked more than one question she would only respond to one and I often felt like it wasn’t a complete answer. There were lots of parts during the loan process that I didn’t feel like she led the conversation as a financial professional. It was a frustrating experience.
