I understand there is always turnover, but the lack of consistency between loan officers and processors made the entire process incredibly unpleasant and I would never do it again. To start, when I was trying to do my lock (when rates were still in the low 3%'s), I would call and email a minimum of once a week and get no response, then when rates spiked to 5.5% then at that point my loan officer would talk to me.
