Your pool technician, Jess Johnson, is amazing. He has endless knowledge and talks us thru everything he does. Every time Jesse comes to our house, we know things will be fixed. He always goes above and beyond. Our annual pool maintenance contract is a great value as well, and one more reason we recommend Keith Zars pool to our friends and neighbors.

Directions for notifications not followed, came out a week after initial contact, also, Polaris tail fixed but worn out sponge that was on tail not replaced, why not, was the tech out of the scrubber or in a hurry?
