Ian worked on our system yesterday and did a fantastic job. We really miss Jessica S. Doing our cleaning, I’ve requested her back after her injury with no luck. David, not so much.. The repairs that was needed to our pool equipment should have been reported by him. We shouldn’t have had to do it. You know what they say (If I have to do your job, what do I need you for)

Larry notified us before with an ETA. Showed up on time, performed his task in a timely manner. He discussed with me the cause of the DE I was seeing on the sunshelf. Cleaned up and I had the invoice before he left.
