I'm so tired of getting my take out orders either missing items or the wrong items. Today I ordered a large breakfast order and it was missing one of the omelettes. It was their first on line order of the day (#100). There were no other customers in there when I picked up. Just plain lack of attention to detail. After calling them I had to go back there to pick it up and it was already cold by the time I got back home 5 min later. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this Keke's. This is by far the worst chain I've been to. The servers don't bother to check the orders to make sure it's correct and the cooks don't take their time when cooking. This has happened on multiple occasions at this specific chain. As a result you are left with terrible service and low quality food. I've been to other Keke's that are much better. Please avoid this one.
As a fan of there breakfast food I kist be honest and say the professionalism at this locations is the WORST!!!! For take-our orders prepare to wait at least 10mins on HOLD before your order is taken. Also, some of the servers are simply clueless to what it takes to serve the customer so please be ready for the worst. I am still a fan, bu this location is on my list.
This place is awful but it looks good. Trust me when you order expect it to the wrong order or cooked wrong. They are always backed up and it looks busy but here's a story as to why. Let's start with her the fact that I placed an order that took 2 whole hours to come out. And by the time I was supposed to get my food the manager had to come let me know it was simply made wrong and he was closing the kitchen because it was almost closing time. No sugar for 5 days as per waitress. How does a breakfast spot have zero sugar for coffee?? Seriously.
One star is still too much! I usually don't write review, however this experience is worth the time. I place an order via phone(simple,huh?) No, I was passed to 3 different people including the District Manager, Doug who was just as clueless as the previous servers. He couldn't seem to get my order correct and was unapologetic. I cannot wait to go again. Clean, classy, great food. Waitress was really nice also. Five stars. Next visit: burnt home fries. Not only burnt but scraped off bottom of skillet? Waitress forgot syrup for waffle! No glass of water, or refill of soda. 6 servers back by kitchen while waffle getting cold, walked back myself to get syrup. No hand soap in men's restroom. Will not be back. Many restaurants get overconfident and turn to garbage. Sorry to see this.
I placed an online order Sunday July 12, 2020. I received an error message so my order never went through but was charged the $60.73. I called Kekes and spoke with a Richard who stated he didn't receive an order at all. Richard said he is going to talk to a manager to see what options I have. Waited an hour for this restaurant because of social distances and only letting in 50% of the people. Once inside my coffee came out warm and I had to get her to heat it back up. I had the western omelet with ham and cheese, house fries were good but greasy. Had to ask for refills constantly and I hate that! We're are all the pro active wait staff at.
