100% do not recommend. Placed a togo order, paid and tipped. After about 20 minutes of sitting there waiting, I asked the hostess how much longer it would be so she turned around, looked and it had been ready just sitting there for 10 minutes. They also forgot my drinks so I had to ask for the coffee and water. When she finally got the coffee, for some reason it was iced even though I ordered a regular coffee? Walked in, nearly empty at time, maybe five tables eating. Several staff members walking around doing nothing at all. Was told ten minute wait for a table because it needed to be cleaned. Instead of standing having conversation with other staff and walking up and down store like a lost puppy you can clean the table. Will not go back if you paid me.

I was on my way to my cousins and wanted to bring breakfast. I've been to Keke's before but this was my first time at this location. And overall, ordering to-go gave me a head-ache! I tried calling several times and kept getting the busy dial tone. When I arrived, I said I wanted to place an order and was told a waitress would take my order and sit to the side. GO ELSE WHERE!!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS DONKEY ACE!!! GO TO BOB EVANS or WOB INSTEAD!!! this place SUCKS ! I ordered online instead of dining in, First I called them some rude waitress answers the phone puts me on hold and say they can't take phone order so online order it is then. Honestly convinced this is THE worst location in Tampa Bay area. I eat at Keke's once a week & they just never seem to get it right, no matter how many attempts to give them a chance. Ordered a cheese steak omelette this time & the manager had it remade twice due to excessive GREASE from the steak which also had a funny taste, not sure if it was from old grease or the steak itself. So I usually go in and eat here, and the food is usually good so I figured Togo would be no different. I arrived when the online ordering system said my food should be ready, 10:14. It took over 20 minutes for anyone in the back to be told that I was there for my food after I arrived. I had already spoken to 3 people up front at that point. We were there for lunch. There was a 20 minute wait even though half the tables were empty. I ordered the chicken fingers and asked for an extra ranch. The containers were super small and I was charged 50 cents for the 2nd container. I also asked for onion rings instead of fries, which I did not get. We ordered a burger and asked for mayonnaise. We were charged .50 cents for the mayonnaise. I sent back lemonade which was bad, and the home fries on the 3rd lunch were overcooked. It was a disappointing lunch.

frustrated with server Anna, made us feel that we were rushed, and very impatient. Never asked if we wanted anything else just dropped checks, we had to ask for refills on water and coffee. Over and under cooked food. Poor service.

The good, blueberry pancakes were good and the omelet and potatoes were pretty good. Was pretty disappointed otherwise. Paid $2 extra for chocolate chip waffles and got about 10 chips in the center of waffle and was pretty hard to eat. Eggs were cold and not the best. We ordered take out so food might have been better in the restaurant. The greeters were nice.
