Came in with a party of four. Food took about 14 minutes, not bad. But when food came out, missing an entree and missing a side of eggs. When the eggs came out they were lukewarm, and not with the requested toppings. When the toppings came out, my eggs were now cold. The missing entree took another 5 minutes to come out. The chefs are just pushing food, they do a good timely job. I would wager this issue is starting on the service side and I'm just disappointed and dissatisfied in my servers attention to detail.

Just average diner food and service is struggling. Not enough clean glasses for a normal brunch crowd, 55 minute wait times for food after placing simple breakfast order then having to ask for silverware, and then served the wrong order. Over priced for what it is.

I ordered my food at 1145, at 120 it was finally finished being made. App said one hour tops I'd get my food, now it's looking closer to 2.5 hours. They said I house in priority and I understand that, but stop accepting orders you can't put out in a timely manner. It's unacceptable. Spent $80 on three orders and a juice. Could've got my food ANYWHERE else and not had this issue for FAR cheaper. This is ridiculous. Don't accept orders you can make in a fashionable time frame. 100% do not recommend. Placed a togo order, paid and tipped. After about 20 minutes of sitting there waiting, I asked the hostess how much longer it would be so she turned around, looked and it had been ready just sitting there for 10 minutes. They also forgot my drinks so I had to ask for the coffee and water. When she finally got the coffee, for some reason it was iced even though I ordered a regular coffee? Walked in, nearly empty at time, maybe five tables eating. Several staff members walking around doing nothing at all. Was told ten minute wait for a table because it needed to be cleaned. Instead of standing having conversation with other staff and walking up and down store like a lost puppy you can clean the table. Will not go back if you paid me.

I was on my way to my cousins and wanted to bring breakfast. I've been to Keke's before but this was my first time at this location. And overall, ordering to-go gave me a head-ache! I tried calling several times and kept getting the busy dial tone. When I arrived, I said I wanted to place an order and was told a waitress would take my order and sit to the side. GO ELSE WHERE!!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS DONKEY ACE!!! GO TO BOB EVANS or WOB INSTEAD!!! this place SUCKS ! Honestly convinced this is THE worst location in Tampa Bay area. I eat at Keke's once a week & they just never seem to get it right, no matter how many attempts to give them a chance. Ordered a cheese steak omelette this time & the manager had it remade twice due to excessive GREASE from the steak which also had a funny taste, not sure if it was from old grease or the steak itself. So I usually go in and eat here, and the food is usually good so I figured Togo would be no different. I arrived when the online ordering system said my food should be ready, 10:14.
