The restaurant is located right underneath some apartment building, with h parking garage underneath I as well. Easy to find. This is a Very CLEAN and sanitary restaurant. The staff are very professional and attentive. The food was fresh, delicious and presentable. I love that the coffee is so strong and not watered down .

We arrived at 10:15AM and waited for a table until 10:30AM, when we were seated. We then waited until 10:50 AM for a wait person to take our order. No wait person ever appeared, i.e. no one took our order. At 10:50AM we left the restaurant.

Disappointing food and frustrating service! We were really excited to try this new spot, but the entire experience was underwhelming and frustrating.We started off on the wrong foot when the front desk completely ignored our request for water while we endured a long wait to be seated. Luckily, we eventually asked a server passing by who was kind enough to finally get us some water. Unfortunately, the service issues continued at the table. This from my 87year old mother who went for lunch: Well, I'm glad I went there so I know not to go again except for breakfast. Obviously they don't really wanna serve anything except breakfast. I had the worst grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had, absolutely nothing except two thin slices of cheese between bread, but nothing else no butter no mayonnaise no sausage, nothing.!!. I had a really pretty mediocre experience here. I came here on a Friday morning for breakfast, there were probably 10 people total in the restaurant eating. The food took a really long time to come out considering how not busy they were, and the service was just okay. I had a scrambler bowl, the egg part was good but the potatoes it comes with were boring and under seasoned. Price wise this place is on par with other much better breakfast places in the area. I won't be coming back.

Jamás volvería a este lugar, si lo que quieres pasar un mal rato con tu comida este es el lugar.. Food was below average. Not seasoned properly and didn't taste great. Omelets were extremely bland and not at all fluffy. Chicken and waffles and eggs Benedict were major let down.

No vegan proteins at all on the menu! Service was good and the fruit plate was fine. Could have dramatically improved with some beans, tofu, or processed proteins like just egg or beyond/impossible patties.

Don't bother door dashing from this place. They will not even close the bag/ provide proper food handling measures. No condiments on breakfast food lol! They're obviously pretty cheap and only worried about their costs vs their actual clients. Highly disappointed to have door dashed breakfast and spent right under $30 just to not even get butter for my toast LOL. Oh and the food is very mediocre. Definitely stick to your chain breakfast spots.
