Really great food but, unfortunately the staff were very immature. As soon as we walked in the host didn't smile once and greeted us with attitude.. We told her a party for 6 and she rolled her eyes and said "wow."

Disappointing. We were in the Sunnyvale area for my husband's work project. Decided to look on Yelp for a breakfast place that was open early. There weren't very many and Keke's was the closest, so we headed there. It was a little hard to find until we actually drove past the restaurant. Like all the other reviews say, service is beyond slow here and obviously you can guess their food is not worth a 1+ hour wait. They also somehow have no idea how a waitlist works. Apparently you have to go up to the desk multiple times to ask to actually get seated. We weren't seated until my husband took a pic of their monitor that had the waitlist on it to see the names and we heard a group 3 names after ours get seated and then joined the crowd huddled by the desk to tell them we'd already been waiting for an hour lmao ... read more

Keke's cafe left a bad taste in our mouth, without us getting a bite to eat. Our order was taken 10 mins after we sat down. Not great, but not that bad. After ordering, we wait about half an hour for a kids pancake and a single omelet to come out. No sign of our food. Not terrible, but pretty bad. My kid is getting really hungry. So we get up and head out. On the way, I ask the usher if they want me to pay for the food I ordered. She tells me to wait, goes inside. The service was slow, the food was mediocre. We arrived about an hour after the restaurant had opened, and the restaurant was still mostly empty. My wife and I ordered eggs benedict and some lattes, while the kinds ordered apple juices and omelettes. Third and LAST time here. Lazy staff. Slow service. We attempted to go here for breakfast. Greeted no smile. Past a dirty table at window and seated around the corner in dark ugly part of restaurant. We asked to sit at window and waited to clean table. Sat down. Others filed in after us had to sit on ugly side. They got coffee, water silverware first. Multiple staff walked past. We got nothing.
