With such a wide variety on the menu, I thought they would serve real milk in their hot chocolate. Their hot chocolate is just sugar water, the airplane quality hot chocolate just mixed with water. The whipped cream was the highlight of anything.

My review is kind. I won't be back. They got all of our orders wrong. Service was not the best. I know it was loud but our orders were messed up. Maybe they need self serve kiosks. We had to ask for the hot chocolate when it didn't come with everything. When we got it, it burned my kids tongue. My friend ordered raspberry- she was handed blueberry. So he took it back. I placed an online order at 9:08 a.m. with an estimated pickup time of 9:40. I arrive at 9:48 to see 2 employees fussing over another customer's online order. I'm ignored for several minutes. Then the older woman to said she'd check on my order, only to forget about me, deliver an order to a table, and then go back to fussing over the other customer. I moved to Sunnyvale within the last six months and have been on the hunt for a good breakfast spot. I've driven past Keke's many times and have now eaten here three times, always right when they open. The first two visits were a bit slow, which I initially chalked up to a the opening crew. I should have known better than to only look at Google reviews (as they have a 4.5 rating on Google). My mistake. FOOD: Ordered the "Florida" waffles (with the server suggesting ordering a side of pancakes as it is presumably "award winning"). Also ordered a side of grilled ham steak but thankfully that was forgotten. Brownie points for using all fresh fruit (banana, blueberry, and strawberry) and not adding or resorting to jams and fruit flavored sauces / syrups. Wait times on a Sunday early afternoon - 50 ish minutes. Food was okay. The stuffed French toast is tiny. 4 small triangles stuffed with minimal stuffing. The frensh toast itself is basically the same as a frozen French toast (the ones you got in grade school) stuffed with a small amount of Nutella or cream cheese and put together on the plate. I wanted to like this place so bad but it's just meh. The food is ok. It took awhile to come out even though there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant. The server only came out when she took our order and brought our order. The menu is very limited.

Had seen the good reviews when the place opened a year ago, but didn't check before trying it for breakfast on this week day. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, modern. There was no wait for a table at 9:45am. The hostess had stepped away and a server acknowledged us til she returned.
