Wanted to try this place out since I always pass by it. Came here for breakfast on a Sunday and there was a decent amount of people. Waited for about 15 minutes until we got seated. The place was spacious with lots of seating, and a bar towards the back. I don't know if it was just an off day, but I could have made this food at home. It was basic breakfast food, but it was bland. There was nothing wow factor, it felt like it was made in a rush. Not only that but the dishes were dirty.

Was seated and no one came to my table for 15 minutes. Coffee cups are too small and takes along time to get a refill.

The bill was split in 3 parts. But the tip was charged using total value for 3 times. And in the end, they charged more than I wrote down.

Our order was wrong and service and food were very bad, I really wanted to like this place because we need another Brkfst place here in sunnyvale

Everything was okay and not really what I was expecting for how busy it was. I understand the breakfast brunch being busy during our the day, my family of 4 went around 1:00pm but waiting 30 minutes for the service and food we got was disappointing. The eggs were fine as well as the potatoes, the prices were good as well but the waffles we received didn't taste like they had any favor and just bland, even the chocolate chip waffles tasted like they had no flavor to them. With such a wide variety on the menu, I thought they would serve real milk in their hot chocolate. Their hot chocolate is just sugar water, the airplane quality hot chocolate just mixed with water. The whipped cream was the highlight of anything.

My review is kind. I won't be back. They got all of our orders wrong. Service was not the best. I know it was loud but our orders were messed up. Maybe they need self serve kiosks. We had to ask for the hot chocolate when it didn't come with everything. When we got it, it burned my kids tongue. My friend ordered raspberry- she was handed blueberry. So he took it back. I placed an online order at 9:08 a.m. with an estimated pickup time of 9:40. I arrive at 9:48 to see 2 employees fussing over another customer's online order. I'm ignored for several minutes. Then the older woman to said she'd check on my order, only to forget about me, deliver an order to a table, and then go back to fussing over the other customer.
