First time eating here and was not a good start from the beginning. The location is not the greatest as the parking garage is not big at all. The wait was about 20 minutes which wasn't too bad. the menu looked so good but the service at this restaurant was absolutely horrible. we sat and waited for 20 minutes for service. We asked for a server and she just said ok and walked away. Three employees looked at us but did not provide service. they were busing tables, sweeping up. we finally had to get up and leave.

We went this weekend, after 1pm. We waited about 25 mins for a party of 3. The food is average, nothing noteworthy. The service was super slow. The waiter did not check to see if we needed anything. We had to get his attention for service, which took a long time. We had to ask twice for coffee refills and whipped cream. I never got my Tabasco sauce. Disappointed. Will stick to my favorite place.

1 star for the modern and welcoming design and 1 star for the decent food. However, our server Edna (brunette with glasses) was exceptional - and not in a good way! We asked politely if it was okay to make a change to an order. Instead of addressing it professionally, Edna quite literally glared at us, clenched her jaw, and snapped back. Wanted to try this place out since I always pass by it. Came here for breakfast on a Sunday and there was a decent amount of people. Waited for about 15 minutes until we got seated. The place was spacious with lots of seating, and a bar towards the back. I don't know if it was just an off day, but I could have made this food at home. It was basic breakfast food, but it was bland. There was nothing wow factor, it felt like it was made in a rush. Not only that but the dishes were dirty.

Was seated and no one came to my table for 15 minutes. Coffee cups are too small and takes along time to get a refill.

The bill was split in 3 parts. But the tip was charged using total value for 3 times. And in the end, they charged more than I wrote down.
Our order was wrong and service and food were very bad, I really wanted to like this place because we need another Brkfst place here in sunnyvale

Everything was okay and not really what I was expecting for how busy it was. I understand the breakfast brunch being busy during our the day, my family of 4 went around 1:00pm but waiting 30 minutes for the service and food we got was disappointing.
