Final Thoughts: 2.00/5.0 It's rare that my friends and I get to go out for brunch because our schedules never align. Today was an exception and we were able to go get some brunch today. This brunch kind of did turn into a late lunch and I'm wondering if this experience would have been better had we come a little earlier. Food allergy beware! This was my worse breakfast experience ever! The waitress rolled her eyes when I asked to not to use butter to cook my eggs. She also told us there's no dairy in the grits but it came out full of dairy. Staff has no knowledge of the product and no intention of communicate with kitchen for any kind of dietary request. Service was poor over all. No coffee refilling!!! This is the first time I gave a one star review as a long time yelper, I would give none if I could.

Extremely slow everything. Nobody to seat us. Restaurant was pretty empty Monday morning. Ordered yogurt bowl and hot oatmeal, literally no cooking involved, took 40 minutes to get our food and that's only because I asked. Oatmeal came with no toppings, toast with no jam or butter, and again, I had to ask.

The place was almost empty and was told the kitchen was backed up. Was told to sit in the front to wait for a table. There were four other people waiting for a table as well and did not seem to be in the same party. No names taken for a wait list. I guess the host has a good memory and points at you when you're up. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing it deserves to be shared. We came in for what was supposed to be a special birthday brunch for a table of four, and from start to finish, the service was chaotic and unacceptable. First time eating here and was not a good start from the beginning. The location is not the greatest as the parking garage is not big at all. The wait was about 20 minutes which wasn't too bad. the menu looked so good but the service at this restaurant was absolutely horrible. we sat and waited for 20 minutes for service. We asked for a server and she just said ok and walked away. Three employees looked at us but did not provide service. they were busing tables, sweeping up. we finally had to get up and leave.

We went this weekend, after 1pm. We waited about 25 mins for a party of 3. The food is average, nothing noteworthy. The service was super slow. The waiter did not check to see if we needed anything. We had to get his attention for service, which took a long time. We had to ask twice for coffee refills and whipped cream. I never got my Tabasco sauce. Disappointed. Will stick to my favorite place.

1 star for the modern and welcoming design and 1 star for the decent food. However, our server Edna (brunette with glasses) was exceptional - and not in a good way! We asked politely if it was okay to make a change to an order. Instead of addressing it professionally, Edna quite literally glared at us, clenched her jaw, and snapped back.
