For all the hype that was talked about, I walked away very disappointed. A simple Belgian waffle, side of bacon and a cup of coffee for me and a cheese steak sandwich for the other person. The waffle was cold to the point it wouldn’t even melt butter. The The steak sandwich, coffee, and bacon, were lukewarm at best. Service was slow. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered food from here for pick up and every time my order is wrong or incomplete. This hasn’t happen just once, or twice, this is the 5th or 6th time and I finally decided to give a review.
I liked everything about our experience. I came in with my son and his friend. Food was great l, but was extremely over priced. 3.99 for a orange juice. Unless the pricing goes down ill continue to go to Metro.
Try waiting until people are finished eating to give them the bill, and try accommodating people better so that you don't have to "kick" people out. You guys aren't the first or the best Breakfast Cafe in Gainesville
I was seated right away. Unfortunately it was near where all the wait staff gathered. The omelette was very tasty. And while the waitress was very sweet, she lacked any personality, just going thru the motions, task oriented, like reading from a manual.
It was a good breakfast. It wasn't so good that I would regularly drive across town for it. I'll stick to the local haunts.
After hearing not one but two instances of you asking patrons to leave for no valid reason, I will not be patronizing your restaurant...
Decent but pricey food. Substitutes come at almost full price. The manager is some kid with no backbone. Only apologizes and does nothing to make it a better experience. This is a copy of Peach Valley but with higher cost. They put your bill on the table early, attempting to rush customers out of the place.
