RecommendedMy Fiancé and I stopped in this morning and loved everything about our visit. She ordered an omelette that came with toast and home fries (sliced redskin potatoes), and I ordered the breakfast scrambler with cinnamon raisin toast and a delicious coffee. Never ever eat here!!Waited 1:50 for breakfast on 9/1/24. Our waiter, Isaac, said breakfast was coming several times. Then said they were on a new system and printer wasn’t working. Finally after breakfast was delivered they forgot an order of sausage, toast, drink not mention one breakfast came out 15 min after others delivered intermittently. We were a table of 10. I had a way over cooked omelette & my husband had (2) cups of Luke warm coffee, who doesn’t like hot coffee 🤷🏽♀️? His eggs were cold. Breakfast food should be warm.
👎👎👎 Not Going Back, Poor Customer Service from beginning to end and food is over priced, waiter walked past us 20 times and never stopped to check on us and we had waited a significant amount of time before the stuff arrived, also their policy on parties being there all at the same time, personally watched hostess seat a party that had not fully arrived which really pissed me off since we had to wait for this before, So we are done !
The food was good and well presented. But Ms Corrana served tables next to mine and they got to-go containers but did not bring me one. She told me there were none…And she laughed when she saw I changed the tip from 18% to barely 10%. Please train your staff to treat seniors better, not worse. You never know what unexpected blessing may come your way by learning to be more sensitive to those who have labored, loved and suffered a whole lot more than all of you…God bless us all.
This KeKe’s is the absolute worst.First the waitress needs training on how to communicate with guest, Biggest tip she would get from me is”Get a new job”. Second the other waitresses and front of the house staff was PLAYING WITH A ROACH! All in the kitchen. Very high priced for non organic reg fair food . Well done on all levels of service. Good family spot . Overall a great place to get breakfast. It hard to serve the best food with high rent. We all left full and happy . Would just rather have organic quality for that price and stick to what i eat all the time . In a pinch i would recommend it .
Went into Keke’s for the first time on Saturday with my mom and brother. I have to say for the price, the food was mediocre at best. The breakfast potatoes were cold and burnt. We ask for several items to be left off our orders and when we were served our food, the items were on the plate. I don’t believe that I will be back and certainly will not recommend this restaurant.
The quality of the food for the price is very poor. I had never been here before this morning & went in to place a to-go order. They have a very extensive menu & I told the host all I really wanted was a simple breakfast sandwich. He directed me to the correct part of the menu and said a server would be over to take my order shortly. When she finally made it over to me I asked her if they allow substitutions & she said yes.
