I did a to go order delivered with someone else order so I called the restaurant to inform them that this is not the first time this has happened I told them I would come by a pick up my correct order. When I got to the restaurant I asked for the manager I don't know if she was having a bad day but she was very dismissive and rude didn't seem to know what was going on. The hostess was more apologetic than the manager

Service too slow, when they bring my breakfast was cool and hard. They have to make me a second breakfast . More waiting.

Ordered a meal for takeout and sat at the restaurant for over an hour and half waiting for it. Eventually had to just cancel the order because it was taking so long. They said they would refund but never did. Foods good but customer service is shady and clearly management doesn't care about their customers and lied.

My favorite place became my not so favorite. 1. They do not answer the phone. Not even a voicemail 2. Bathroom was destroyed. Toliet paper everywhere, stinks, trash spilling over, smell of urine and feces 3. Feces on toilet, counters filthy. Very disappointed, a food service place with the filth i see, should not be serving food. You mean when your employees walk in the restroom they can't correct or report it. No excuse.

I've ordered here twice, I placed an order for take out and another time I ate in person. Both times were a disappointment. First off, I called in to order a eggs benedict meal and when I got home there were no home fries w. it, so it was a very unsatisfying meal. Then, I decided to give it another try and ate there this time, and it was already off to a bad start. They were out of coffee by 1:30pm. The food is good, but the wait staff is disorganized and poorly trained. I have come here many times, and it's always the same. I keep hoping each time it's just a one-off day, but the service is consistently below average. Due to the service, I reluctantly and sadly won't be coming back.

Positively dismal and miserable experience with disgusting food. Poor attention from wait staff, got orders wrong, couldn't even get drinks in a timely fashion, food was not good. Horrible.

Had brunch with family food was OK. Took a while for food to come out, and when it came out it was missing something I had the Eggs Benedict eggs, were over cooked and lacking the hollandaise sauce I ordered some extra and I was charged $2 for a little cup that was 1/2 full. I would of complained about the food but I was starving and I didn't want to wait for my food again. I don't know if I will be back here

After moving from the Orlando area and going to keke's for years, this is one of the worst keke's I've gone to. Our waitress first denied us regular menus because of COVID but none of the staff were wearing masks and they provided menus to other customers. Our food was very bland and our server never checked up on us either. Our silverware was not cleaned properly so we did have to ask for another set.
