I'm not sure what all the hype was about this place. My family and I did not enjoy our food. It was packed on a Saturday and the service was fine. Lots of birthdays being celebrated so kitchen was a bit slow but understandable. I had the egg whites with turkey sausage and the eggs were so oily. The home fries my cousin and aunt had were not crispy. Cousin had the pumpkin spice stuffed waffles which didn't really taste like pumpkin. My sister did like her chicken and waffles but her fresh fruit cup had unripe strawberries.

I don't like to bash a service, but I'm so upset we just spent forty dollars on breakfast, no make that lunch because it took almost two hours to get in and out of there. The waffle was so hard and dry, and we received no butter or sauce, and it was glued to the plate. The eggs Benedict was cooked all the way through to hard boiled. The grits with cheese were flavorless. Our server was sweet but made no attempt to keep us updated on the wait or fix our orders, and clearly we weren't the only customers that were upset. Well I'll start with the positive. The place is nice and clean. The glasses of water are large and tasty. The staff is very nice and our waitress was wonderful. We only waited 20 minutes for a table on a Sunday at noontime. Next the not so positive. After ordering it took over an hour to get our food. Understand if they had a staff shortage and can give them the benefit of the doubt on that. We don't eat pancakes or waffles and they might be good. Keke's was average. Food and price were neither good nor bad. Service and atmosphere were bad. I will not go back.

The food was ok, the service was great, the atmosphere was the worst. I witnessed the 2 African American servers this place has, get fired today. One right after the next. The disrespect and entitlement that the Caucasian woman had was appalling. I have never had a bad experience with either server, seeing as we are always seated at either woman's table. Stopped in, got seated and did not get waited on while I watched others after me get waited on. So I left. Not happy. I will easily go somewhere else
Had a burger with onion rings. Burger in my opinion taste like it came from a low quality frozen burger. Onion rings just ok. Never told they charge for sauces. Service on the other hand was awesome. Check back and very friendly.
We ordered for pick up through their web. Notif email indicated pickup time to be10:49am. We got there on time; they kept us waiting until 11:30am to hand our order, which was pancake combo and omlet. Once we got home and opened box half of our order was missing! The pancacke combo menu option included sunny sideup egg and turkey susage, whcich was entirely missing in what we got!!!
