i was so disappointed. not only didn't have missing food but nothing was prepared properly. when i called they were willing willing to comp one meal for me which was dry, cold, and my dog didn't even want to eat it. i used to love kekes but this location is absolutely garbage.
The food was adequate. Unfortunately, the management had the air conditioning so cold that the visit was an extremely unpleasant experience. Even the servers were freezing. Very unprofessional to care so little for your staff and customers.
Temperature in the building: TOO FUCKING HOT. Feels like im sitting in hells waiting room. Turn the heat off. Rude unproffesional staff. Peach Valley is way better.
Zero social distancing and large majority of customers unmasked sitting at the front and walking to/fro tables. Don't think I'll be back
Showed up with a party of 6. I didn't think a party of 6 was a big deal for breakfast/brunch. We waited proximately one hour for our table with hostesses who seemed more irritated with the busy morning than helpful. I'm patient and can understand busy morninngs. Overpriced bfast place - slow service/ok food. There are better places in the area - with better food. Ordered a western omelette- insipid little thing with bits of sausage. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend at all.
Came in for breakfast,Food took over 30 minutes and every time we asked our waitress she would take a 10 minute minimum for anything down to a simple fork and the restaurant was not busy! Once we got our food starving and ready the sausage had a white hair on it no talk to manager nothing took over 15 minutes to get the sausage back manger brought it with a half butt apology asked for my daughter a plate he brought it and obviously didn't look at it the plate was dirty! From out of town with family in icu , was recommended to me by staff. I had a horrible experience and even worse with no resolution or refund from corporate when I emailed company to complain. I was so upset I didn't want to talk to a man anger I just wanted to leave.
