Food was fine , waitress was friendly , But Manager Josh was Very Rude . Impolite with agressive behaviors. WE will Not be returning

Hit or miss with food quality. Service is great until it gets busy. Then folks are running all over ther place getting nothing done. Second cup of overpriced coffee? Good luck

I went to eat brunch here with my family. It was a Monday, and it was nearly empty. We all ordered, and I could tell the waiter struggled to write our orders correctly. He came back multiple times to clarify what sides we wanted or what type of modifications we wanted. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, and I specifically asked for NO tomatoes. Well stopped this morning for a little breakfast. Of course it was busy for Valentine's day......Server 29, was good. I ordered a Spinach,Tom,Cheese omlette. $15.49, a little pricey. Most of the omlette on menu were 12.99...... The worse was i ask for ONE pancake, as I had a craving. The extra pancake was Ready...$8.99......a little much. A stack is only 9.99 ???????????? I normally come to keke's when I visit Orlando but this had to be worst experience i have ever had at an establishment. We get seated right away (which is probably the only good thing that happened on this visit) our waiter comes (Jahaira) she asked us for drinks came back to ask us for our orders. Unlike other reviewers posts, our experience was awful. We had lunch at Keke's Breakfast Cafe at 1924 N. John Young Parkway, Kissimmee FL. Our server's name was Jessie M (#236). I ordered one of their Stuffed French Toast choices. It was awful, the worst excuse for French Toast I have ever had. On the menu it says that if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, they will gladly give you a refund or make some other arrangement to make sure you leave happy. The food is mediocre at best but still is overpriced. The service was horrible. It was an hour wait, and another hour for the food to come out. Not to mention the waiter was gone for 30 mins without even checking on us. The whole place was not worth it at all
Wow! I've never eaten a waffle that you could literally just wave in the wind. It was so chewy it was horrid. They also don't put any salt and pepper on the table anymore, but the server's tote catch up syrup and hot sauce back and forth from table to table. Takeout order was 25 minutes late. Don't recommend unless you like standing around constantly asking for your food. You have to rely on the greeters to run back to the kitchen to check in between a steady stream of walk-ins. Also, they got the order wrong. Plus one star for the tasty random food that they did throw into the bag
