Three of us just left this place without eating. We got there at 1:30pm (Sunday) and had to walk out at 2:14pm bc our order (scramble eggs/omelette) was taking over 30mins...we got full on coffee! The waitress was apologetic/friendly and the manager offered to pay our "coffee "bill when we asked the reason others got their food and we didn't! Maybe Sunday afternoon is NOT the time to go, Definitely not under control!
I was asked to show my service dog papers which is one of their "policies". I was turned down at the door. Rude and unprofessional. It's against the law to demand paperwork. I also have been allowed to enter other establishments owned by this same company. My service dog is fully licensed and wears patches to address the public that she is working and is not to be distracted.
