I was asked to show my service dog papers which is one of their "policies". I was turned down at the door. Rude and unprofessional. It's against the law to demand paperwork. I also have been allowed to enter other establishments owned by this same company. My service dog is fully licensed and wears patches to address the public that she is working and is not to be distracted. To start things off our sever Laura was absolutely amazing. She explained that the online system was down and explained it would take longer. We agreed to wait and were completely fine with it. The other people at my table got their food and she came over and explained that they had to make more sauce for mine and it will be out as soon as it was ready.
