Food was good but the soap dispenser in the men's restroom was broken. I wonder where the staff wash their hands after their business.
We decided to try a local location away from the Disney Parks rather than one closer by. We called ahead of time and we told them we were a party of 11 which included 3 toddlers. They had no wait at the time. It took us 10 minutes to get to the location. Once we arrived the hostess was not friendly. I have been this place every time since we come to FL， this time is very bad experience. the forks and plates are very dirty with lot of food residue.
I am really upset that I have to write this review but I feel like it's really important to share so that this incident doesn't happen to anyone again in the future. Came here with my family (party of 8) today, food was not terrible but not perfect either. Food was kinda cold, poached eggs over cooked, loaded home fries had hard cheese on them. Long waiting time and no WiFi for the customers ??? Bullshit. A lot of room for improvement.
All the reviews speak highly, however, my recent experience? Absolutely not! We waited 50mins to be seated, which is understandable because it was Sunday and it was busy. But when we received the text that our table was ready and entered, the staff was confused and unprepared to seat us, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to clean the table when the place had CLEARLY emptied out. Over priced average breakfast food. Perhaps one's expectations were too high but this place seems to preen itself on gourmet but serves cold mediocre sub par food. Sadly I purchased the banana pancakes hoping for a delicious surprise of flavor but was presented with ice cold pancakes with sliced bananas served on a cold cold late. Only one bit was taken and never to the server enquirer if our meal was okay. No refills on beverages were offered. For $90.00 our dogs enjoyed it but we were left still hungering for food.
Really poor service! Arrived, greeted seated. About 10 minutes later, a server arrived. We gave our order, asked for coffee. The waitress brought coffee and creamers, no sweeteners, no serving ware.
