Terrible service. Waited over 45 minutes with no waiter coming to our table....after a waiter finally came, he took our order. We asked a number of times to anyone who was near such as the hostess about our order and got no reasonable response. Finally we saw the waiter and he said the food would be right out. Which it wasn't. We walked out thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. Went to a nearby IHOP which was terrific.
Sundays are usually busy at any restaurant, but this one looked like it was the only restaurant in Kissimmee. The wait time was 30-40mins for a party of 2. 4/5 service Greeter was not as friendly as our server. Server was very attentive and food came out fairly quickly after sitting down. She made sure our coffee and water were refilled. 2/5 Food Eggs were rubbery, potatoes were very salty, waffle was very chewy, and coffee was watered down. Not very happy with the food overall!!! HORRIBLE!!! Arrived at 11:10, sat at 12:10 after supposedly 25-30 minutes wait, 12:55 still have no food on our table, 5 tables around us sat after us, ate and left and we still haven't gotten our food, requested to speak to the manager... 30 minutes go by and manager did not show ip to at least apologize... 2 hours of my time wasted...HORRIBLE!!!
Not impressed. I will not choose as my first place to go for breakfast. Seating was almost military cafeteria style. Ordered Eggs Benedict. Food is ok. Hot chocolate with whip cream very good. Overall alright.
The food was awesome and the server was excellent, but the manager was horrible. There were six of us in our party, enjoying a great breakfast. We finished breakfast and while still enjoying the conversation the manager came to our table and told us we had to leave. To our surprise, the table on both sides of us were not told the same thing and they had been there just as long or in one case longer than our table. Service was great . That being said service starts at the hostess stand . The hostesses were not inviting or kind . I completely understand not being seated until your whole party has arrived for table turn purposes but when there is one person in your party is still outside because of wait and your not allowed to be seated until they are physically in the building is very extreme . I would completely understand this if kekes took reservations but they don't . I have been to other Kekes locations who do not have this policy ... read more
Absolutely horrible. What's crazy is we went to the other Keke's, and had a great experience. This location wasn't busy, and it took about 45 minutes to get our food. Our waitress did not bring us our food, as she seemed embarrassed we were waiting so long for food. The manager brought us our plates, apologized, and said she would check back with us to see how the food was. That did not happen. Today was the third time in a row that I ordered and it took over 30 minutes before I had to call the manger to my table to see why I never got my food. I just walked out for the last time. Just awful!
Three of us just left this place without eating. We got there at 1:30pm (Sunday) and had to walk out at 2:14pm bc our order (scramble eggs/omelette) was taking over 30mins...we got full on coffee! The waitress was apologetic/friendly and the manager offered to pay our "coffee "bill when we asked the reason others got their food and we didn't! Maybe Sunday afternoon is NOT the time to go, Definitely not under control!
