Horrible policy. Our friend was running late and they refused to service us. We even said we would order as soon as we sat down. This place is ridiculous and doesn't care about the customer they care just about making money and pushing people out as soon as they can. Will NEVER recommend or come again.

The food gets 2 stars but the service deserves a 1. Someone needs to teach the servers table maintenance/mechanics. If I am done eating and have stacked my plates and moved them to the side you should come and take them. If you come to the table to drop off my check and pick up my dirty plates you should not then put them back down to go check on another table. Make sure you use cash at this location. A staff member there used my card to pay for another parties meal. I have a ongoing dispute with them now.

Food tasted great but the service was AWFUL. Our servant came to take our order and then we never saw him again. He never checked to see if we needed anything, we had to flag someone else down to refill our waters, it was like we were nonexistent. Kinda rude actually. Having said that I'd still go back because the food was tasty, it was just frustrating to have such horrible service.

I ordered the eggs benedict with home frys. My food was cold, home frys were soggy, and had little flavor. Extremely disappointed :(

The waitress was great and very nice. But when it came to ordering I just wanted waffles and instead of home fries I had asked for French fries and they told me that the kitchen doesn't accept it. Which I was confused and baffled at why I couldn't change the home fries to French fries?! I obviously got upset since, I'm the one eating the food not to mention paying for it. Nothing special here. I've been here a handful of times and it really doesn't stand out to me as a place I need to go back too. It's overpriced food and not that great of a quality. Every time I got here I feel like I'm being ripped off. The menu is also misleading and hard to understand. A side of sausage is $3.99 for 4 links...that's a $1 per link! I have got to tell you, as a lover of breakfast food and as someone who works in the industry, I'm usually a huge Keke's fan and am usually pleased with their service. However, I took a chance on this location, and will not be coming back. Nothing special. I got pecan pancakes and bacon, my teenage daughter got a cheeseburger and onion rings. She didn't like her food. I thought the pancakes were too thick and tasted a little undercooked in spots. There weren't enough pecans for a plate-sized pancake and because they weren't toasted I couldn't really taste them.
