I have gotten a shuttle ride from Elizabeth twice now after dropping my car off for service. She has been an amazing driver. Every ride is smooth and enjoyable. We had an absolutely phenomenal experience purchasing a vehicle from the Kelowna Chevrolet. Arranging purchase and financing was so pain free with them, we even drove out from the lower mainland to pick up our vehicle. We love the vehicle, it’s amazing. Was getting my car serviced and the guy in front of me was almost charged for an unwanted tire rotation. Leticia found the culprit and straightened everything out. The ambulance that showed up for him was a Chevy. I bet they bought it from Kelowna. Отлично!

This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased at this dealership, the previous 3 when it was Don Folk Chevrolet. I returned to this dealership because of the great service. Kuol was an excellent, kind, and supportive sales person and I enjoyed working with him. My only complaint was that one tire was bald 3 months after purchase and I had to buy a new tire. Kuol was not able to resolve the issue because that tire was rated as minimally acceptable at the time of purchase. The new tire was expensive and it was unfair to have a big ex... read more
