The whole process from initial enquiry to purchase was very professional. As we had to get our new used vehicle detailed after purchase, the service section was also awesome!
This is the second vehicle we have purchased with Vikas at Kelowna Chev. He went above and beyond again to get me the answers I needed. He was very patient and not pushy as we took our time to think about the deal. I cant recommend him enough. I am sure we will be back again with Vik in the future.

After purchasing there was a issue with the original truck that at the time would have been a substantail repair the day after we picked up our truck. Jason Brent and Tom where great at soucing a replacement vehicle. As i travel up and down the valley for work. They made arrangements for a temp vehicle while we waited for delivery. This post is very overdue but what can I say, life got away from me. I was very impressed with the service I received from Jason the GM. Our vehicle we purchased started making awful noises just before we were to leave for the lower mainland. I was ready to rent a vehicle but Jason arranged for a flat bed trailer to be delivered to my home in Vernon to not only pick up my broken Suburban for repair but to deliver me a beautiful new Tahoe to use for the weekend!
