Robin and the team at Kelowna Chevrolet were awesome to deal with. I was having trouble getting numbers on my car but Kelowna stepped up. Robin was professional and courteous through the entire deal and after. I live 7 hours away and had a limited window to pick up my new truck. He went above and beyond, coming in on his day off to finish and making sure I got the opportunity to drive it before signing the paperwork. Excellent service from the moment I contacted Matt. My vehicles battery had discharged through the winter and I had a flat tire. I was also in need of an oil change. Everything was done efficiently, and in a timely matter. Thanks Matt!

The tailgate on our GMC Sierra 1500 came off its hinges and broke down at Costco across the street and GMC wasn’t able to pick up our call. We showed up at Chevy looking for help and this employee was extremely helpful and immediately willing to help. He rotated the hinge and fixed it for us. He was super nice and willing to help. Robin helped me buy a used vehicle when I had decided that I just needed something different. From a car to a Jeep, yes they had a good selection of most makes and models. After 3 test drives I made my choice, he also had great knowledge on how and where all the buttons where and showed me how to use them. I would strongly recommend Robin Loney and I’ll be back!

Hayden was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in, as well as being upfront and honest about pros and cons when I asked. He went above and beyond to research and find the perfect fit for me and didn't try to pressure me into something just to make a sale.
