Vik is an amazing guy. He made myself and my wife feel very comfortable during the purchasing of a new truck. A very genuine person. I would recommend using Vik to any one.

We went to Kelowna Chevrolet because we have had issues with our home dealership in the past and while in Kelowna the service department provided such great service we thought it would be the same with the sales department. Our sales associate was very friendly and helped us order our new SUV with no issue. There were some issues when it came to delivery time, not being there on the dates stated, and for us who live 4 hours away, this was a big deal. Absolutely amazing to deal with and a wealth of knowledge, one of the best parts of the dealership!
We had a sit down because my last two experiences where bad, you told me you would do your best to turn that around. When I came back to pick up my truck from my oil change (4 1/2 hrs later) you came out to see how my experience I politely pointed out not well and instead of dealing with it you 'B'lined it to your office and didn't come out, you did however uncomfortable stair at me while I left. This is the very first time that I have ever left a review for anything. My wife and I purchased a new C8 Corvette Z51 convertible while on vacation driving around B.C., Alberta and Alaska note several months ago. There was an error in $ amount with the agreed trade in value. This was eventually corrected by Leah Babington. TYVM. The manager did not act swiftly on correcting this error which lead to much anxiety. I am enjoying my new 2024 Trailblazer.

If there was an Olympic sport for car shopping, I'd be the gold medalist in saying 'no' to everything.
