The entire dealership is professional, polite, and well run. Tom was exceptionally helpful in getting me into my new vehicle, despite me being 14+ hours away from Kelowna. He sent me plenty of pictures and videos, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and gave me a deal better than I’d hoped. Will definitely be doing any future business through Kelowna Chevrolet.

Robin Loney and this dealership was the best and easiest car purchase I ever made. Robin arranged to pick up my two cars from Nanaimo BC for a trade for an old new car and stored it and delivered it to Richmond all the way from Kelowna with a new battery included. Even Al the delivery guy installed my license plate and helped us load the spare tires in are other car. This never happens in a regular dealership. %100 customer satisfaction and service!
