After purchasing there was a issue with the original truck that at the time would have been a substantail repair the day after we picked up our truck. Jason Brent and Tom where great at soucing a replacement vehicle. As i travel up and down the valley for work. They made arrangements for a temp vehicle while we waited for delivery. This post is very overdue but what can I say, life got away from me. I was very impressed with the service I received from Jason the GM. Our vehicle we purchased started making awful noises just before we were to leave for the lower mainland. I was ready to rent a vehicle but Jason arranged for a flat bed trailer to be delivered to my home in Vernon to not only pick up my broken Suburban for repair but to deliver me a beautiful new Tahoe to use for the weekend! Genuinely the best sales rep I could’ve asked for. Was so kind and patient, and really took the time to get to know what I looked for and valued in vehicles, and walked me through each step of the process in a way I could understand - even when things got overwhelming. Such an amazing human.
