After having a bad experience with trading in my 2015 Equinox for a 2019 Equinox I swore I’d never go back. But I was having issues with my exhaust leaking under the hood and figured it would be covered under warranty. They had my vehicle for a full day and offered a health check while it was in. Bought my 2022 Chevy spark in July of 22. They originally didn't even want to sell me the vehicle since it "doesn't make them very much money" as it is a base model and cheap car, the salesman had to talk to the manager about even selling it to me. And do NOT get your car serviced here. Two years ago we purchased a 2015 chevrolet cruze. We also purchased the extended warranty. We have spent the last two years trying to get the dealership/service department to fix a continuing problem. We have spent almost $3,000.00 for service and parts with NO corrective action. Now they want us to pay an additional $3,700.00 to attempt to fix the problem. Emilie was pleasant when I checked in how ever that is about all I can say that is positive about my interaction with her. I have always valued the text messages I receive letting me know the status of my service, I also like that once the my service is complete I can ask to be picked up immediately after its finished so I can be picked up and pick up my truck in a reasonable amount of time. 2019 Colorado ZR2 trading it in for a 2022 Colorado ZR2 then trading that in on a 2024 Silverado zR2 I have now gone from Very loyal customer buying three Vehicles In five years to Someone will not be setting foot on that lot again to buy another vehicle. Elizabeth is hands down the best employee at Kelowna Chevrolet. She is friendly, caring, and extremely helpful. I feel she is overqualified to be a shuttle driver (but she loves her job), I wish she was the General Manager (she would do a better job than the current one) that's for sure!

I really enjoyed my salesman Lucas, he went above and beyond. The dealership however was not fair with my trade in value..I put over $25,000.00 maintenance into my 2003 duramax diesel, plus it had an awesome winch, iron cross bumper, no rust and so much more.. this dealership only gave me $2,500 trade in value!!! Horrible. I live 11 hours away. I got home and saw the same truck sold for $16,000.00. Book value is $11,000.00..this dealership wouldn't even provide me with 50% off voucher for 1st time oil change at my local deal... read more
Disappointing experience. Charged for a service that wasn't performed. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue went unanswered. Poor customer service and potentially questionable business practices. Cannot recommend based on this experience.
