I purchased a used min van from Ken Ganley Nissan the end of June. First, I could tell during the test drive that the brakes were in need of service. Upon inspection by their service dept. I was notified that the pads had about 2000 miles of life left. An offer was made to take 300 off of the price and I could get them repaired myself. Great. Took the van home. After researching the selection of vehicles I would be willing to buy, my hunt led me to numerous dealerships with no result. On a whim we headed down to Medina and stopped in at Ken Ganley's lot. Bought a 2015 Altima after long deliberation about buying a car. The salesperson was expedient on getting me out of there once I decided on the car and didn't have any hassle while I was there. Overall good experience. This is our 2nd car from this dealership in 3 months.
We traveled from Georgia to Ohio to purchase my dream car. DJ Finkbeiner was amazing to work with and did not let us down! My car was just as he told me - not disappointing and great! He went above and beyond to pick us up from airport and had everything ready to go. We left there extremely happy and drove 11 hours home in our "new to us" beautiful Saab 9-3 convertible.
