The title says it all. I went to a few other places first, the sales guys were pushy and rude, but here Jon was so friendly and not your typical pushy sales guy, the process was not stressful at all, everyone was friendly. ..service is the new sales and they know here! Thank you :)
I leased my 2014 Nissan Sentra May 29, 2014 and my Dad I leased a 2013 Altima in March 2013, from Ken Ganley Nissan. This is our family’s 4th consecutive Nissan dealing with Rose Strelbicki! My service was great and all the guys I spoke to were fabulous. I needed new tires and brakes, and that is exactly what I got and more! The service was done in a quickly timely manor for what was needed. They also fixed my belts, topped all my fluids off, changed my oil and gave me a list of things I need to get done soon. Rose made me feel as though I were the only customer at the dealership. She anticipated my questions and methodically answered each one! Tim also gave me his full attention, he made note of my concerns and assured me that they would be addressed. Went into dealer wanting to experience the all electric leaf. John took us out in the leaf, explained all about the auto. Variant suggested we lease it since the technology is still changing. We were not lease types but after thinking it over could see the benefit in a lease. We were going to wait till spring when Nick contacted my husband with info on leasing rates being lower now.
