We traveled from Georgia to Ohio to purchase my dream car. DJ Finkbeiner was amazing to work with and did not let us down! My car was just as he told me - not disappointing and great! He went above and beyond to pick us up from airport and had everything ready to go. We left there extremely happy and drove 11 hours home in our "new to us" beautiful Saab 9-3 convertible. I recently purchased a used van at Ken Ganley Nissan and I can't say enough about the Ken Ganley team. From Antoine, my salesman, to management, and the service department. I have spent most of my life working in customer service so when I say that I drive well out of my way to visit Ken Ganley for my service and sales needs you better believe that the outstanding customer service plays a role.
