We bought a 2010 Toyota Avalon in January,2013. We were offered a 5 year warranty that guaranteed the full price refund of $1800 if we did not use the warranty. I had occasion to inquire about the warranty as I could not find in writing the refund clause through Fidelity Warranty Services. Great experience with great people. every step of the process was explained in detail. I was made to feel comfortable during the process and was offered coffee or a drink while I waited. I will purchase there again.
Tigh was very friendly, courteous, professional and went above and beyond. Great experience. That means a lot since I normally take cars for an oil change at a third of the price elsewhere in the past.
Harold was polite & friendly, as usual. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment but they took my car immediately. Harold gave me time estimate that was accurate. I'll be back.
As always, great service, friendly and in a very timely manner. everyone in the building greets me with a smile and a hello. Plus, there was no added charge for catching the two mice in my engine! :)
AWESOME experience! I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked (indicator light was on). I knew I needed new tires and asked to set up an appointment for the next week. Tigh Shaffer quoted me prices on 3 different brand/types of tires to review. During the tire inspection, the service tech discovered a nail in the edge of one tire. I want to express my great appreciation for the wonderful service that I received at Ganley Nissan in Medina. While traveling 4 hours away from home, we had a transmission issue that required immediate service. Harold assisted us through the whole process and went above and beyond our expectations. He provided a loaner car for us to use to travel back home and even offered to travel 2 hours to meet us to bring our car back to us. I took my car in for an oil change. The waiting time was very short, the staff was very pleasant. It was a fine experience.
I was very impressed with Tigh's service attitude and his professional manner as we spoke of the service necessary on my Buick. When I brought it in at appointment time he remembered me and everything was prepared. He then called me to mention an additional repair which was necessary, something I thought was wrong but which was overlooked at my previous garage. Your technicians were obviously very meticulous in their assessment and went above and beyond my expectations. My family and I will be back.
