I gave these ratings because I felt this dealership actually cared about me as well as my car buying experience. Garff nissan had the exact truck I wanted and I drove over four hours to pick it up. Everything was done so I didn't have to spend a bunch of time there and that meant a lot. It was very obvious that Garff nissan knows what they are doing and exudes confidence(in a good way.) I see myself buying from them again.
Lawrence was friendly and informative. I left feeling he tried his best to satisfy our needs. I still left the dealership thinking what would have happend if I had gone to Salt Lake City to purchase the car. But in the end I believe they did what they could to show that I had gotten a fair price.
I received exceptional service from Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale!!! They had a great selection and when I researched the Maxima that I was looking at purchasing, their price was by far the best. We went to this dealership to try out a Pathfinder. We knew going in that we could not accept a trade in, and were only researching the vehicle we thought we wanted to buy once we sold our van. We were clear about this and the salesmen were very kind. They did offer to do a trade-in evaluation and try to get what we needed to pay off our van loan, but we knew it was a long shot. The internet experience through USAA with Jana was exceptional! She was the reason we came there. I was disappointed that she didn't deal with us after we got there and that we were passed to a different sales person. Lawrence was great though! I felt that the time we had to wait for the paperwork was too long and that when the time came to sign it, it was hurried through and not completely explained. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but I felt that we were made to wait longer than necessary.
Lawrence was friendly and very helpful. But I was told there was a full inspection on the car and everything was fixed, oil changed, new tires, ect. I bought the car and 2 days later took it to a mechanic and the air filter was filthy. This should have been replaced when the oil was changed. The driver side window also needs to be re-programmed because it doesnt roll up properly. I am VERY disappointed in their service depart. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and honest. This is the best experience I have had with a dealership. There were a few problems with the car right after the purchase and Ken Garff stood behind their KEn Garff cetification and fixed the problem. I will certainly buy another vehichle from them.
Everybody treated me nicely and they helped me through the whole process quickly. everything was real nice. they gave me a walkthrough the service department and i now know what i have to do if i need to have service on m car. i wil recommend Ken Garff to all my friends.
from the moment we drove up the Customer service was supurb. there was a little hiccup with the first salesman the first time we stopped by but it wasn't bad enough to keep us from coming back. my husband is a very hard man to get to spend money but Dan made it stress-free which was a total blessing.
