I gave this dealership the rating that I did because I think they are very deserving of a good review. They took into consideration my personal needs and what would be the wises choice for me and my children. Being a single mother this is very important to me. Safety and price were big issues and they made sure both things were adequately addressed and I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car that is great quality and wants great service.
It's expensive to get your car looked at. And they never fully fix the issues or can figure out what's wrong with your car so you have to keep paying more and more. The plus side is the employees are very nice.

This worthless bunch really tried to sell me 20 lug nuts, because 4 of mine are swollen, for $300. What really ticked me is that they denied damaging my center caps that covered them, instead of putting that on the same ridiculous quote. There went their plausible deniability. Could anyone make sense of this?

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been looking for a specific vehicle for a while now, and finally find one here. I live in AZ, but have purchased cars out of state before, and thought this seemed to be a reliable dealership and a good salesperson. "Service bill increase with no prior disclosure 1-11-2020" My wife and I took our Nissan Sentra in for service on 1-11-2020. We set up an appointment previously to drop off our car after diagnostics were performed. "Simple oil change turned into $822 tires. " My daughter went for her first oil change and somehow got suckered into buying new tires. How does this happen? We asked for a simple oil change. I'm aware the car needed new tires but it's not the technicians business to do so. Do the work requested. Talk about fraud. I will now stop taking all 5 of my vehicles here. Thanks but no thanks Bill. Not to mention she was stuck at the dealership for 3 hours. SMH. Unbelievable & so dissatisfied.
