Lawerance was very frinedly, helpful. and worked hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I also worked with another gentlemen there that was over my trade-in. I cannot remember his name, but he was also very helpful. I would recommend going there.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Ken Garff Nissan in Riverdale, UT. My experience was long and drawn-out, but in the end Lawrence pulled through. I went to the dealership 2 nights in a row and spent 2-3 hours there each night. The car I wanted was in Orem, so it was supposed to be delivered Saturday. I finally called about 4:30 pm on Friday and found out the car was still in Orem. This was definitely the best dealership experience my husband and I have had...We came in with our defenses up because in our past experiences the salesmen were very pushy, but this was not the case at all! The overall experience was good. Lawrence Lucero did an excellent job in representing the Ken Garff tradition of high standards and cooperation in working with people. He's knowledgeable on the product line and was more than professional in all his dealings with us. "Ed" the supervising salesman however was less than professional, or knowledgeable in areas that his position required.
