I got a loan secured and I bought a house! When USDA fell through, we were pretty disappointed. With only a few days before closing, Ken was able to ship up a new loan agreement that worked for us. We got an excellent rate through a non-USDA loan. We bought a house right when the pandemic got rolling, so it was hard for everyone to stay in touch every single day, but it all worked out. Thanks for taking care of us during what's possibly the craziest time for some folks.

Ken was really good about communication and explaining things to me. He was very good about responding to calls or text messages. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was I felt I was in the dark about insurance premiums I didn’t know I would have to pay for at closing. With being a first time home buyer I just wasn’t aware of this information. Due to this, my closing costs were over $1500 more than what I expected which is what caused me to fell like I wasn’t given the information I needed.
