Lack of communication. Received final closing statements after COB the day before an early morning closing. No communication between 1031 exchange company and this team. Resulted in hiccups and lack of communication around amount to close even with clear instructions given at beginning of process. Worst experience I’ve had in the 10+ home closures in the last 5 years.

Everyone was professional and prompt to reply to questions. However, there were many people working on my paperwork behind the scenes and it was confusing who I needed to communicate with. It also seemed like not all team members were talking and knew who was doing what. I did not receive wire transfer instructions until morning of the signing. This was frustrating and they acted confused why this was not completed ahead of time.

Lack of communication and hard to get ahold of at times. Not necessarily Ken as an individual but the whole staff besides Jill Jerzak (who was exceptional), was lack luster at best.

When the closing date was fast approaching the team did a great job of getting things done and making sure we had everything ready. Also, they worked very diligently on getting the spot approval from HUD .
