Absolutely turned off by salesman and finance manager. I found them both to be dismissive, non-responsive, uninterested is truly working with a customer and trying to be courteous, helpful and willingly treating me like an intelligent, interested customer. I have driven a Kenny Kent Lexus since the 90"s and, because of the treatment I received at the dealership, have bought my car and am looking at other brands. I love the Lexus; however, I don't like the current attitudes and lack of interest
They didnt fit the AC filter cover back in properly. It dropped behind the glove box and when I opened it, the cover broke. According to Kenny Kent, they have the best guys in business. They cant even put the cover back.
The F and I employee Jason was an absolute horror to deal with. Pushy and aggressive. Wouldnt take no for amasser when declining additional items. Combative and snarky.
I had a routine oil change scheduled. Drove out after they were finished assuming all was well. 2 days later, when getting an alignment done at an independent garage, the mechanic told me there was oil all over my engine and that my oil filler cap was missing. The dealer had not replaced the cap after my oil change two days earlier. I called the dealer and they agreed to clean the engine at no charge. I took it to Kenny Kent to get it cleaned. Overcharge for everything. Always wanting to make up excuses on things that have to be done when they dont. My wife went in for an oil change, nothing was wrong with her car, never had any problems and they came up with $8,800 worth of stuff they said needed fixed immediately. Got a second opinion and nothing needed fix. This place is a joke.
They did not do what I asked them to do. And they did what I told them specifically NOT to do. They dont listen to their customers nor do they value them. I wouldnt give them any stars if that was an option. There is no service there!!!! Moving on to another service provider!
Repeated vehicle service completed texts even though the lengthy service was not complete. Four hours to change engine oil, filter, and transmission fluid.
