Steven Chutz helped me out because service was closed. Once my car was towed to the Kenny Kent, Steven made sure to get me name/number for when service returned Monday. I live in TN and my car breaking down was not a good thing. Wes, in Service, kept me informed and my car was ready on Tuesday. Thank you Kenny Kent for helping this out of towner.

It took me 4 days to get an appointment. Kept getting put on hold. I dropped my car off. After 2 hours I had not gotten a call that it was gone. I called them. It was done but they were busy making quotes for other customers. That to me is totally unacceptable. It only takes 30 seconds to call someone. BS.
