They didn't even discussed and explain to me. I complain with the car. It is dead. Oh well they all do that. Well, they shouldn't do that and it should be fixed. They should've told me that they're working on it. Get technicians in there that know what they are doing

No communication from service dept ! Not sure if my oil was changed ? Waited over an hour half ..?! Was at the appointment early ! Management came out and informed me they had service department staff quit and that's why my car was delayed service ?! Not professional! Not my issue to address ! I'll be honest not very happy with the outcome with Your service department. Hire someone whom is professional and can run the department efficiently! Thanks !!

It should not take 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Normally, the service is much better.

Have had an issue with radio since we bought the new car. It was brought to the attention of the service manager numerous times. Now we cannot even get him to return our calls. Our request is simple - return calls and either fix it or replace it with a system that works properly.

GPS, inqiured about several times but not scheduled for service, is still not right. Salesman Andrew attempted to give tips, but GPS either fails to connect or drops while in use, and NO solution is available?? Still unsatisfied.

The customer service was good while at the dealership. However, the wait time was pretty extensive. I believe I was there for around 1 hour 45 min to 2 hours. Also, once I left the vehicle immediately had stalling issues and almost died on a couple of occasions. Within 10 minutes, the check engine light and an additional service light came on. I called in and tried to get it serviced but they were booked and couldn't get me in. I left 2 messages and never received a call back.

Well I received an email a week after service that my brake fluid should have been flushed. So I am not sure why it was not done because I approved other things that needed immediate attention.
