I have been going here for 10 years to have my car serviced. The customer service is not what it used to be and I do not trust it!

I was told all fluids were topped off, but I found it necessary to add over a pint of windshield washer fluid immediately after my visit.

Routine service oil change which left the drain pan plug not tightened resulting in the lost of all oil causing the oil light to come on.

Dealership called me, told me it was time to have my car serviced. When I got there, they were not clear as to why I made an appointment for servicing my car. I told them someone at the dealership called and said it was due for service. They decided to just rotate my tires, but failed to alert me to the fact that I needed new tires. Confusion is the name of the game there.

The technician didn't reset the maintenance required light when finished so when I got home I had to find a youtube video to help me figure out how to shut the thing off.
