Whomever my service sales person was had no knowledge of his job...will request adif person next time.

It took 4 hours for an oil change and new tires. I thought that was way too long to wait.

The service was fine; however I was there an hour and 45" - which was not fine. The only service I got was an oil change -nothing else -and it was scheduled at 9:30 - too early to have been that far behind.
Poor communication, they try to add charges without customer knowledge
my last visit was repair. loaner had to be returned due to mechanical problem. in total it took 3 hours to get back on my way home. AND your hospitality space is tacky and hasn't changed in the last 4 yrs. no water and no coffee. time to clean it up.
I was waiting for my daughter to pick me up after dropping the vehicle off at the dealership garage... I stepped out side the garage to sit on a bench to wait..It was around 11 -12 noon . The bench was METAL - of course it was early August , I was in shorts ! OUCH ..... NEEDLESS TO SAY BUT, "That HURT".
I have no complaints of how service is performed here. I had a strange thump in the rear of the vehicle that I could not ID. Concerned it may have something to do with the suspension or all wheel drive train, I took it to service. They found the issue which was a loose rear seat mounting bracket. The bracket was tightened and issue resolved. What I didn't like was having to pay for the service ( I have an extended warranty). Since there were no faulty parts, it wasn't covered under warranty.
