Everyone was nice, they do good work but the prices are way too expensive.

Got my 2nd oil change on a brand new car on my way home from oil change engine light came and low oil pressure. Got home looked under the car oil was pouring out, they just changed the oil again and said it was all good.

I was promised this car would give me good mileage (220 miles per charge) and it gives me 60 or 70 before having to charge it. I was told it's less expensive to own and won't cost too much to have a charging system set up at home, and it cost a lot more than 1000 dollars as told to me. They seem to always do a good job with my vehicle. They could clean up better under the hood. When I checked out their work I opened the hood to find a big hand print on the engine cover. They could take a little more pride in their work. When my vehicle was ready they said it was between the buildings. It was not there. After walking all over the parking lots we found it parked inside.

No record of my previous service. Had to show them receipt of what service was completed last. No review of how the service went or how everything checked out like I would usually receive.

No complimentary snacks. Really? You want to SELL me snacks while I am waiting. It was lunch time. Hyundai gives free chips and snacks. Even Rural King gives free popcorn and sometimes water too. I had to buy chips...fortunately I had tea with me! How chinzee!
