Kent Place is a great place to live, it has all the facilities and comfort needed for a 1 Person to a Family, with different apartments set ups, divided in the 3 different blocks. The common areas are also great, with Jacuzzis, Swimming Pool, Gym, BBQ Area and a lot of green area around. There is a King Soopers, Starbucks, Wine Shop and Nails Shop just 3 minutes walking, depending on each block you live. My bf and i love living at Kent Place! We only moved in a couple weeks ago but it’s been really convenient and just nice/new overall. We’ve never lived anywhere so new before so we’re still adjusting but it’s so worth it. Covered assigned parking is nice when you don’t have to clean the snow off your car and you’re protected from hail. Multiple pet stations throughout so i don’t have to look to hard for poop bags.
