This was the first home I ever sold and I had a lot of questions and concerns about how the process would play out. Sean explained everything and was tremendous through every step of the process. This is our second home search with Chia and our goal was to find our forever home this time. We were impressed with Sean from our first meeting at our home. We had purchased a new construction home that would not be done for 7 months and were nervous about when to list our current home.
