Nikki McCain did an excellent job as my real estate agent. She cared about getting me the “right” home (and I was fairly picky ??). She also did a wonderful job selling my previous home. She knows what she’s doing and has been a great advocate for me. I sold my previous home in a day and got more than the asking price and I bought a new home in my price range that I absolutely love! I can’t thank Nikki enough and I highly recommend her!

I've appreciated your very quick responses to questions and your getting us quickly into the places that we selected to visit. Since were still midstream on things, i.e. waiting on closing, waiting on information from the seller, the final verdict is still out but things are looking good at this point. Thanks!

Allie was AMAZING! She is exceptionally responsive and that mattered the most given the market conditions. Her estimates for sales price were spot on, she was helpful as we had to navigate a changing environment with interest rates changing, and helped us figure out the right strategies between showings and open houses that ultimately led to the perfect offer for us and the family purchasing. Would leverage her again in a heartbeat!
