All was fine. I am sure it will get better once your new system is in place.
Everyone had a cheerful greeting and was very helpful in filling out the new info on the new IPAD
Dr. Jusani (spelling?) was wonderful and helpful. The new woman at the reception was also very good and helpful. I felt better when I left and relieved that it was not an eye infection.
Only one complaint. TV in waiting room showing various eye ailments, a bit unpleasant to watch.

paper-work on arrival, redundant, too many questions
Always a very pleasant office, Staff is always courteous and professional. Dr Kressloff is wonderful. One suggestion if I may,on completing my visit I waited awhile to drop off a form that needed to be submitted to the busy front desk. Since that was all that was necessary in my case at this time, I could have been out of there 5 10 minutes sooner had there been a bin that I could have just dropped the form off to .
